Returns & Exchanges

At RealTruck, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned fashion items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
